Hey Guys
I know as of recent I have been absent. Neglecting the blog and neglecting my body. Its time for an adjustment to be made. Going to do it all the way from now on. My goal is to get to 240lbs and take it from there. Going to cut out drinking except in TBRU. :) Eating better and more gym time. I would like to set up some work out times with Rob and Shawn on certain days and stick to it. With the help of you guys I know I can reach my goal. Time to build a better me and stop pretending like it will happen on its own. Will get on scale today and post new numbers (scared to even look at them lol) But It signifies a start. Big hugs to all those that choose to keep up and posting. From now on I am staying a track and looking forward to a better me :).

Hey Guys!
I know its the holidays so its hard to stick to being good. But in the New Year lets all participate and share our results. Maybe pool together something for a prize for incentives. We can go by body fat percentage and set goals that way. If anyone has any ideas feel free to chime in!
